Feed the Poor
Apart from directly feeding the homeless on the streets of Sydney, ACCOSS collects and distributes food to organisations who provide meals to the destitute, the homeless, and those who are experiencing crisis.
Homelessness
ACCOSS has partnered with Jewish House Limited to provide financial assistance and support to welfare services ot the Sydney Community. Jewish House Limited as an independent charity working around the clock for over 35 years to provide crisis accommodation, psychological care, counselling services and life skills to some of the most vulnerable individuals (and their pets) across the city.
As of 14 January 2020, fires this season have burnt an estimated 18.6 million hectares, destroyed over 5,900 buildings and killed at least 34 people.
